For a direct recruitment to ADCON, we are looking for a project manager in VS. As a project manager at ADCON, you will play a key role in driving ADCON's larger projects from early design to completion. You will report to the CEO and have significant contact with clients and leading installers in the field. You will have great freedom and spend part of your time in the office in Solna and part of your time out on projects.

Examples of tasks

• Plan and manage all phases of the project, from design to handover
• Order materials and manage supplier contacts
• Establish schedules, forecasts, and financial follow-ups
• Close collaboration with the CEO, leading installer, and clients

Qualifications

• We prefer that you have at least five years of experience in VS project management, but the right drive and good references carry weight. If you have the right profile, we are open to dialogue – even with shorter experience.
• Experience in leadership within the profession, e.g., as a project manager or leading installer
• Administrative skills with good knowledge of Excel. Experience with Bluebeam and calculation programs is a merit, but not a requirement
• Driver's license B

Salary: Individual salary. Other terms according to agreement. ADCON is a member of the Installatörsföretagen and has a collective agreement.
Scope: Full-time, permanent. The position starts with a 6-month probationary period.
